Job Summary
Temporary 1-year position offering customer service paired with operational support. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries about product availability, order status, and shipment tracking; receiving, verifying, and processing payments for point-of-sale orders; confirming deliveries; filing carrier claims for damaged or missing material; booking RMAs/returns; handling end-of-day invoicing; reviewing storage/fees reports; routing correspondence within the group; and providing administration and sales support to regional field personnel while identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and liaising with operations to fulfill local orders.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of related experience in customer service, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
