Job Summary

Customer Service Representative I responds to calls or written correspondence and serves as a direct point of contact for customers, assisting with information in response to various inquiries. Must understand and apply confidentiality and security guidelines, maintain knowledge of reference information, and meet production and quality expectations while handling inquiries and documenting interactions. Strong multi-tasking, verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Required Qualifications

  • Program training as required
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Previous healthcare provider or insurance environment and/or contact center experience (preferred)
