Job Summary
Join On Time Trucking, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative to manage freight operations and deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and documentation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service
- Previous experience with transportation management systems desirable
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the transportation, logistics, or supply chain industry
- Proficiency with Excel and TMS systems
- Familiarity with Sage/Peachtree
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
- Ability to analyze complex situations and resolve discrepancies
