Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service
  • Previous experience with transportation management systems desirable

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in the transportation, logistics, or supply chain industry
  • Proficiency with Excel and TMS systems
  • Familiarity with Sage/Peachtree
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
