Job Summary
Manage permanent custom-made graphic orders for global clients including Yeti Coolers, Rubbermaid Commercial, and General Motors by addressing questions, resolving issues, and initiating outreach calls to exceed expectations. Anticipate customer needs through proactive engagement, such as quoting future orders and suggesting application tools, while identifying trends for continuous improvement. Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to drive new business from existing relationships. Starting wage is $19/hour.
