Job Summary
Direct support to the store manager to ensure efficient operation and adherence to laws and company policies; cross-training to food operations, production, C-Store register operations, and stocking/housekeeping; provide excellent customer service leadership; manage cash/card transactions with integrity; uphold food safety and rotate/refresh food offerings; maintain merchandise planograms and signage; respond to emergencies for safety; maintain store appearance and policy compliance; flexible shifts including weekends/evenings in a retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Prior Food experience required (1 yr min)
- Ability to follow food safety guidelines as required by state and local health departments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to climb and kneel/stoop occasionally
- Ability to bend and reach frequently
- Ability to perform simple hand grasping
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to stand for an entire shift
- Available to work a variety of shifts including weekends and evenings
