Customer Service Rep - First Shift

Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests by providing exceptional customer service while answering phones and checking IDs and barcodes into the system. Facilitate new member sign-ups, take tours of the club, and update member accounts. Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely manner, escalating issues to the Assistant Club Manager as needed. Assist in maintaining club cleanliness by sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors, and stock locker rooms with supplies. Report broken amenities or equipment to the Club Manager and follow the Lost and Found Policy. Monitor club safety and cleanliness throughout the shift, requiring continual standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Work a full-time first shift from 6am to 2pm, including one weekend day.
Required Qualifications
- Punctuality and reliability is a must
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
