Job Summary
Domino's is seeking a Customer Service Rep to handle in-store and phone order taking, provide friendly customer service, upsell where appropriate, and assist with food preparation and basic store duties. Responsibilities include taking orders over the phone and in person, addressing customer concerns, cash handling, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards, operating equipment, stocking ingredients, processing orders, inventory and paperwork, and performing general cleaning. The role requires basic math skills for making change, clear verbal and written communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with varying temperatures and physical tasks typical of a pizza-store setting.
