Job Summary
Interact with customers to identify HVAC and plumbing issues, schedule and dispatch appropriate technicians, and professionally resolve concerns. Maintain the client database with current information and records while keeping the workspace clean. Handle inquiries, inform clients of services, and assist technicians as needed to ensure all parties remain well-informed. Manage daily operations to keep the office running smoothly and maintain a clean environment.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- Exceptional computer skills
- Valid driver's license
