Customer Service Rep

Assist customers, answer incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and route deliveries for bottled water and salt. Maintain and enter data in NetSuite while supporting basic collections and bookkeeping tasks. Resolve billing issues and reduce account receivable delinquency using general accounting knowledge and understanding of the Accounts Payable process. Requires excellent customer service skills, basic Microsoft Excel experience, and a passion for treating customers with care.
