Job Summary
Answer phone calls and assist walk-in customers with propane orders, service requests, and payments. Record customer data in our software, handle new customer onboarding with quotes, and reconcile daily deposits. Print and mail invoices and statements while maintaining organized office and storage areas. This role supports the team during peak winter seasons when demand for heating and cooking increases.
