Job Summary
Greet customers with a smile, build loyalty, and sell gasoline, car washes, tobacco, alcohol, and fast food while maintaining facility and equipment standards. Collect payments via cash or debit, resolve basic service issues, and instruct customers on self-serve equipment. Prepare and cook hot foods to presentation, stock shelves, perform inventory, and balance reports. Clean all areas including restrooms, pump islands, and car wash zones using Process Cards. Operate air machines, vacuums, and other store equipment safely. Work a 24-hour schedule across seven days, lifting up to 25 pounds, standing in confined spaces, and working outside in all seasons. Complete the required behavioral assessment during application.

- Clean facility and equipment during shifts, including restrooms, pump islands, pies, car wash areas, driveways, fountains, ovens, warmers, counters, containers, utensils, etc.
- Collect payment from customers for their purchases either in the form of cash or debit transaction
- Encourage other purchases through up selling
- Interacts positively with the public and resolves basic customer service issues within prescribed limits
- Use tact and sound judgment
- Communicate effectively and positively both face to face and using the phone
- Understand written and oral instructions
- Prepare fast food for sale
- Cook and arrange hot foods to attractive presentation
- Minimize waste

- Adhere to company standards regarding sanitation, refrigeration and cooking
- Be responsible for all cash, merchandising and equipment at the facility during assigned shift
- Instruct customers how to use self-serve equipment
- Prepare required reports to account for all funds and products sold at the facility during assigned shift
- Take inventory of items

- Operate and maintain facility equipment in a safe manner, i.e. air machines, vacuums, car wash and convenience store equipment
- Stock all shelves, including walk-ins, with merchandise
- Maintain time record each week to accurately indicate the hours personally worked
- Maintain assigned PRIDE areas
- Work various shifts, weekends, extended hours, and to change work schedules on short notice
- Be able to learn a wide range of responsibilities including safety, security, cash handling, customer service, receiving and stocking, ABC compliance, and preparation of a frequently changing menu of fast food
- Be able to lift at least 25 pounds
- Be able to stand in a confined space for hours at a time
- Be able to work outside during all seasons (summer heat, winter cold and rain)
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a high energy level
