Provide administrative customer-care support for our customers and field technicians; handle a high volume of inbound phone calls, emails, and chats; manage scheduling duties and data entry; assist customers with account setup and billing; demonstrate strong communication and customer-care skills; proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with weekends off; opportunities for advancement within a family-oriented team at Titus Electrical Services.
