CUSTOMER SERVICE REP/ATTENDANT

Job Summary
Direct vehicles to available parking spaces, assist drivers in maneuvering into spots, and ensure compliance with parking regulations. Manage traffic flow within lots to prevent congestion, monitor for safety hazards, and report suspicious activity to supervisory staff. Collect parking fees, issue receipts, and assist customers with cashless payment options via kiosks or mobile apps. Provide directions, answer inquiries, and maintain a professional demeanor while working outdoors in various weather conditions. Reconcile cash collections at the end of each shift and communicate with event organizers or security as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions accurately
Desired Qualifications
