Job Summary
Answer product and service questions, open customer accounts, and maintain records through data entry and bill backs. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints, determining causes, and expediting corrections. Recommend potential products by analyzing customer needs and prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information. Access internal systems to extract order information and contribute to team effort. Requires a High School Diploma, English proficiency, and passing a nine-panel drug screen and background check. Paid weekly with hours from 7:00am to 4:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- ability to read, write, and speak the English language
- pass a nine-panel pre-employment drug screen and alcohol breath test
- submit to a background check and pre-employment assessments
- be responsible and motivated individuals
Desired Qualifications
- Previous aircraft maintenance experience
