Job Summary
Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Pizza Maker at AR Pizza, Domino's. Responsibilities include greeting customers in person and over the phone, taking orders accurately, operating the point-of-sale system, preparing pizzas and other menu items per company standards, following food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining product quality and portion control, stocking items, maintaining a clean/organized work area, and assisting with opening/closing duties. Must work in a fast-paced team environment, collaborate with team members, and support delivery drivers and management as needed. Emphasis on delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring accurate orders and high-quality products.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old (or meet state minimum age requirements)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic math and cash-handling skills preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work near hot ovens and kitchen equipment
