Customer Service Rep(5496) - 5780 Airline Rd

Greet customers warmly and assist them with orders in-person and over the phone, accurately entering orders into the system and handling payment transactions. Provide product recommendations and promotions, resolve complaints efficiently, and assist with food preparation including making pizzas. Maintain store cleanliness across workstations, lobby, and restrooms while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Support stocking and inventory management and work as part of a team to meet service goals. Must be at least 16 years old, possess strong communication skills, and be able to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
