Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at RPM Pizza (Domino’s franchise), you are the first and sometimes only point of contact for customers, creating a welcoming experience by taking orders, upholding brand standards, and delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain store cleanliness, assist with inventory and restocking, operate store equipment, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. The role requires strong communication and basic math skills, a customer-service mindset, willingness to learn and participate in training, and the ability to stand/walk for extended periods; this is a part-time, on-site position located in Metairie, LA.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit required in some locations)
