Job Summary
Take orders over the phone and in person, process them using a computer or touch screen, and handle cash transactions. Demonstrate friendly customer service skills while up-selling and addressing customer concerns. Prepare high-quality pizzas, manage food and portion control, and maintain hygiene and food safety standards. Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, clean the facility daily, and perform general cleaning duties. Lift and carry bulk products, including cases up to 50 pounds and trays of dough, while working in varying temperatures and adverse weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrating a friendly, positive attitude and great customer service skills
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Talking and hearing on telephone
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
