Job Summary
Operate and support store operations as a Customer Service Rep. Responsibilities include handling telephone and in-person orders, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving orders, processing inventory and paperwork, and maintaining equipment and facility cleanliness. Requires strong math for currency, verbal/written communication with customers and coworkers, accuracy in order entry via keyboard or touchscreen, and ability to work in varying conditions (temperature fluctuations, dust, fumes, and physical tasks). Must be able to stand for long periods, lift/push/pull supplies up to several dozen pounds, and perform manual tasks such as stocking, price changes, and basic maintenance as described. Emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
