Job Summary
Collect cash and credit card payments while promoting pizza products and specials. Receive cross-training for preparing products, operating the pizza oven, and boxing items for delivery or carryout. Check products for accuracy against quality standards and provide quality customer service to internal and external customers over the phone and in person. Speak and write clearly, demonstrating comprehension of the computer-based order entry system. Uphold grooming, uniform, and appearance standards while contributing to a team atmosphere of energy and fun.
Required Qualifications
- Uphold Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance.
- Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phones or helping carryout customers.
- Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person.
