Job Summary
Receive and process telephone and in-person orders while operating all store equipment. Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler. Prepare pizza products, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility daily. Handle bulk product deliveries, unload using a hand truck, and stack cases onto shelves. Carry large cans, pizza sauce, and trays of dough over short distances. Navigate stairs or climb ladders occasionally for maintenance tasks. Perform repetitive assembly tasks requiring precise eye-hand coordination. Work under varying temperatures and conditions while maintaining quality control standards.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
- Depth perception
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces

- Ability to lift cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds

- Ability to climb stairs or a ladder
- Ability to reach above 72 inches
- Ability to reach down to perform tasks such as scooping cornmeal or washing dishes
- Eye-hand coordination
- Ability to use hands continuously during the day
- Ability to shape pizza dough using forearms and wrists
- Ability to manipulate a pizza peel
- Ability to perform frequent and/or forceful pinching
- Ability to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter, pizza boxes, and pizza peel
- Ability to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel
