Job Summary
Operate all equipment, stock and rotate ingredients from delivery to storage, prepare products, and process telephone and internet orders. Count inventory, complete paperwork, and clean equipment and facilities. Communicate verbally and written with customers and co-workers over the phone and in person. Perform duties requiring standing, walking, lifting, carrying, and tolerating varying temperatures. Receive on-the-job training in customer service orientation, interactive computer programs, and hands-on practice.
