Job Summary
Manage customer service inquiries and handle telephone communications while maintaining strict quality control standards. Perform repetitive assembly tasks, including shaping pizza dough, manipulating pizza peels, and pinching ingredients for cardboard boxes. Execute outside duties such as removing trash and navigating varying weather conditions. Lift and stack bulk product deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds, carry large cans and pizza trays, and push stacks of trays on dollies. Stand for most of the shift, occasionally sit for paperwork, and bend forward at the waist at the assembly station. Utilize computers, telephones, and calculators to analyze and compile data. Work under stress to meet strict quality control standards while dealing with people.

- Lifting bulk product deliveries using a hand truck
- Lifting cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds
- Lifting cases from floor and stacking onto shelves up to 72 high
- Carrying large cans weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces
- Carrying pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds
- Carrying trays of pizza dough weighing approximately 12 pounds per tray
- Pushing trays on dollies with a force of up to 7.5 pounds
- Pulling trays
- Climbing stairs or a ladder
- Stooping and bending at the waist
- Reaching above 72 inches
- Reaching down to perform tasks such as scooping cornmeal or washing dishes
- Reaching forward to obtain topping ingredients, clean work surfaces, or answer phones
