Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at a Domino's Pizza Granby store. Responsibilities include operating equipment, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking in-person orders, stocking ingredients, preparing products, handling inventory and related paperwork, and maintaining a clean facility. Requires math skills for monetary transactions and strong verbal/written communication to interact with customers and coworkers. Training is provided on the job; position supports both part- and full-time schedules and offers growth opportunities within the store. Must be 16 years of age or older. Location is Granby, CT, with in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
