Job Summary
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and the walk-in cooler, and prepare product. Receive and process telephone and in-person orders while communicating verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers. Take inventory, complete associated paperwork, and clean equipment and the facility daily. Perform accurate mathematical calculations and make correct monetary change. Requires a background check, age 16 or older, and ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen. Orientation and training provided on the job.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- Pass a background check
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movement with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
