Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk-in cooler, and prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete associated paperwork, and clean equipment and facility daily. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately (calculator may be used) and make correct monetary change. Demonstrates verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders, and can enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Able to comprehend and follow written instructions and communicate effectively with customers and co-workers to process orders in person and over the phone.
