Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk-in cooler, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete related paperwork, and clean equipment and facility daily. Must perform basic arithmetic and cash handling, enter orders via computer keyboard or touch screen, comprehend and follow written instructions, and communicate effectively with customers and co-workers to process orders in person or by phone.
