Job Summary
Domino's Pizza franchise is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to take phone orders, answer questions about the menu and delivery services, resolve customer concerns, and work as part of a team to ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include taking orders with accuracy, providing excellent service over the phone, addressing customer questions and concerns, and maintaining a fast-paced, professional demeanor. Must be at least 16 years old and have basic computer/ POS skills, with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
