Job Summary
Take phone orders with accuracy and efficiency while answering questions about the menu, promotions, and delivery services. Provide excellent customer service with a smile, addressing concerns with patience and understanding to ensure every customer has a positive experience. Work as part of a team to maintain smooth operations and happy customers in a fast-paced environment. This role is based at a Domino's franchise in Charlotte, NC. Prairie Pizza prides itself on being the #1 pizza brand in the Charlotte and Raleigh markets, offering a family-owned culture built on teamwork and enthusiasm.
Required Qualifications
- Must make Perfect Pizzas every time by adhering to a strict adherence to Domino's pizza-making standards and procedures.
- Must maintain 100% Image at all times to maintain a clean and professional appearance, while adhering to the Domino's dress code, and representing the brand positively.
- Must work with Hustle and Energy we have a need for a fast-paced and efficient work style.
- Must be friendly and have a smile with all customers, the importance of excellent customer service and a positive attitude are the foundation of our business.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
