Job Summary
Take phone orders with accuracy and efficiency while answering customer questions about menu, promotions, and delivery services. Address and resolve customer concerns with patience, ensuring every interaction reflects a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Work as part of a team to maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced environment, utilizing basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems. Must adhere to strict pizza-making standards, maintain a professional image, and demonstrate hustle and energy. Required Qualifications
- Must make Perfect Pizzas every time by adhering to a strict adherence to Domino's pizza-making standards and procedures.
- Must maintain 100% Image at all times to maintain a clean and professional appearance, while adhering to the Domino's dress code, and representing the brand positively.
- Must work with Hustle and Energy we have a need for a fast-paced and efficient work style.
- Must be friendly and have a smile with all customers, the importance of excellent customer service and a positive attitude are the foundation of our business.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
