Job Summary
Domino’s Customer Service Representative in Raeford, NC, delivers exceptional customer service over the phone and in person, trains on the Domino’s Pulse POS system, and supports quick, accurate order processing to meet aggressive HTA standards (answering phones within two rings; getting orders in the oven in under three minutes; delivering orders within about 15 minutes). The role includes participation in a training program for general product knowledge and potential management advancement, wearing company-issued uniform and adhering to appearance standards, and completing required pre-employment background checks and drug testing.
