Job Summary
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery to storage and walk-in cooler, and prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders while taking inventory and completing associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Perform hand tasks requiring continuous eye-hand coordination, including shaping pizza dough, manipulating a pizza peel, and assembling cardboard boxes. Use tools such as pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, and pizza cutters.
Required Qualifications
- Eye-hand coordination
- Ability to use hands continuously during the day
- Ability to use one or both hands for frequently required activities
- Ability to use forearms and wrists for frequent and forceful shaping of pizza dough
- Ability to manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven
- Ability to use a rolling cutter
- Ability to perform frequent and/or forceful pinching in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes
- Ability to grasp cans
- Ability to grasp the phone
- Ability to grasp the pizza cutter
- Ability to grasp pizza peel
- Ability to grasp pizza boxes
