Job Summary
Customer Service Representative for an hourly store team member role. Responsibilities include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone and in-person orders, taking inventory and handling related paperwork, maintaining cleanliness, supporting on-the-job training for new products, and delivering strong verbal and written communication with customers and coworkers. Must be able to perform calculations for monetary transactions, enter orders using computer systems or touch screens, and manage various physical tasks (lifting up to ~50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, reaching) in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Domino’s technology (Driver app, DSS, Car Side Delivery) and ability to work as part of a team under varying conditions (temperature changes, exposure to food odors, and other shop-floor duties) are required.
