Job Summary
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, and prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders while communicating verbally with customers and co-workers to handle both phone and in-person transactions. Clean equipment and facility daily, manage monetary change, and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Perform outside tasks in varying weather conditions and navigate in-store temperatures ranging from 36 to 90 degrees. Training and orientation are provided on the job.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
