Job Summary
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and walk-in cooler, and prepare product for customers. Receive and process telephone orders, communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to handle in-person transactions, and clean equipment and the facility daily. Perform outside tasks in varying weather conditions, manage hot surfaces and food odors, and accurately calculate monetary change. Requires basic math skills, motor coordination for precise movements, and computer keyboard proficiency. Training provided on the job.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
