Job Summary
Receive and process telephone and in-person orders while operating all store equipment. Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler. Prepare product, clean equipment and facility daily, and remove trash under varying weather conditions. Handle adverse temperatures ranging from 36 degrees in the cooler to 90 degrees or higher in work areas. Make correct monetary change and perform precise movements to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
