Job Summary
Customer Service Rep at a store location performing hourly retail duties: operate equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk-in cooler, prepare products, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete related paperwork, and maintain cleaning of equipment and facility. Must communicate effectively with customers and co-workers to process orders in person and over the phone; basic arithmetic for transactions; data entry via computer or touch screen; ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varied temperatures in a fast-paced store environment. Training provided on the job and orientation included.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility daily
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal and written communication to take/process orders
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Delivery-related duties may require a valid driver’s license
