Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work area, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete associated paperwork, and clean equipment and facility daily. Training and orientation are provided on the job. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change. Requires verbal, writing, and telephone communication to take and process orders, and the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen. Work environment includes varied temperatures, outdoor exposure, and physical tasks such as lifting and moving items. Strong attention to accuracy, speed, and customer-service-oriented communication is essential.
