Customer Service Rep(08166) - 425 S. Sunrise Way H#9

Customer Service Rep duties include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients in delivery area storage and walk-in cooler, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and completing related paperwork. Training is provided on the job. Requires ability to understand and follow written instructions, communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders in person or over the phone, and perform basic arithmetic (add/subtract/multiply/divide) with accuracy and speed. Must be able to make correct monetary change and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
