Customer Service Rep responsible for operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, processing telephone orders, taking orders in-person and over the phone, inventory, paperwork, and cleaning duties. Includes orientation and on-the-job training. Strong communication skills required for verbal and written instructions, ability to process orders by phone or in person, and basic math for monetary changes. Must be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen and perform quick, accurate calculations.
