Job Summary
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, and prepare products. Receive and process telephone orders, provide verbal and written communication with customers and co-workers, and clean equipment and the facility daily. Perform outside tasks in varying weather conditions while handling adverse temperatures, food odors, and sharp tools. Requires accurate math skills for monetary change and motor coordination for rapid order entry. Training is provided on the job.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
