Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsibilities include taking telephone and in-person orders, processing delivery orders, assisting with inventory and associated paperwork, stocking ingredients, preparing product, and maintaining equipment and facility cleanliness in a fast-paced, in-store environment. Must be able to enter orders via computer or touch screen, perform basic math for correct monetary change, and communicate clearly with customers and co-workers.
