Job Summary
Receive and process telephone and in-person orders, prepare product, and stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and the walk-in cooler. Operate all equipment, clean the facility daily, and take inventory while completing associated paperwork. Handle bulk product deliveries, unload cases using a hand truck, and stack supplies onto shelves. Perform repetitive assembly tasks, including shaping dough, using a pizza cutter, and manipulating the pizza peel. Work standing or sitting, lifting up to 50 pounds, and navigate varying temperatures and weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
- Depth perception
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
