Job Summary
Receive and process telephone and in-person orders, prepare pizza products, and stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage shelves. Operate all equipment, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork while maintaining daily cleaning of the facility and equipment. Handle bulk product deliveries, unload cases using a hand truck, and carry large cans or trays of dough. Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders accurately, add and subtract numbers quickly, and make correct monetary change. Work in varying temperatures, including coolers and hot oven areas, while standing or sitting to complete tasks.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

- Ability to push a stack of trays on a dolly requiring a force of up to 7.5 pounds
- Ability to navigate stairs or climb a ladder
- Forward bending at the waist
- Ability to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes
- Ability to use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel
