Job Summary
Being part of the Domino's Pizza team as a Customer Service Representative at 250 N US HWY 377 Suite 100. Provide in-store customer service, take and process telephone and in-person orders, stock ingredients, prepare products, receive orders, and maintain equipment while ensuring accuracy in monetary transactions. Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with customers and co-workers, and adhere to training and procedures. Flexible scheduling with one shift per week up to 5-6 shifts per week; opportunities for advancement within the Domino's organization.
Required Qualifications
- You must be 16 years of age or older
- General job duties for all store team members
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Complete any required paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility daily
- Maintain store equipment
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Team Members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment
