Job Summary
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, and prepare products while receiving and processing telephone orders. Take inventory, complete associated paperwork, and clean equipment and facilities daily. Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck, carry large cans and pizza dough trays, and deliver pizzas within the designated area. Navigate stairs and climb ladders to change prices and perform maintenance. Work standing at work surfaces between 36" and 48", bending at the waist for approximately 40-45 seconds at a time, and reaching continuously. Handle varying temperatures, food odors, and cornmeal dust while maintaining strict quality control standards. Orientation and training provided on the job.
