Customer Service Rep(07774) - 5024 Ball Rd

Operate equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area storage and work area, and prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Orientation and on-the-job training provided. Ability to comprehend and give written instructions, communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately, and to make correct monetary change. Verbal and written communication to take and process orders; enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Strong basic math and cash-handling skills; ability to operate a calculator as needed.
