Customer Service Representative needed for in-store and delivery-related duties. Responsibilities include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage and work areas, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory and handling related paperwork, and daily cleaning of equipment and facilities. Training and orientation provided on the job. Strong written and verbal communication skills required to process orders both over the phone and in person. Must be able to perform arithmetic including calculating monetary change, and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Practical understanding of food-service environment, safety practices, and ability to work in varying temperatures and weather conditions. Ability to multitask, work with others, handle customer interactions, and maintain accurate records is essential.
