Job Summary
Receive and process telephone and in-person orders, prepare pizza products, and stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and walk-in coolers. Operate all equipment, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork while maintaining daily cleaning of the facility and equipment. Perform repetitive tasks including lifting up to 50-pound cases, carrying pizza dough trays, and pushing dollies, working primarily from a standing position with occasional sitting for paperwork. Work under varying weather conditions and temperature extremes, utilizing motor coordination to make precise movements with speed.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to direct activities
