Job Summary
Process telephone and in-person orders, stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, and prepare pizza products. Operate all equipment, clean facilities daily, and maintain inventory while completing associated paperwork. Handle bulk product deliveries, unload cases using hand trucks, and carry large cans, pizza sauce, and dough trays throughout the store. Perform repetitive tasks including bending, reaching, and eye-hand coordination for assembly, while managing varying temperatures, fumes, and exposure to hot surfaces.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

- Ability to navigate stairs or climb a ladder

- Ability to reach down to perform tasks such as scooping cornmeal or washing dishes
- Ability to reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones
